Senior Pastor

David was inducted as Senior Pastor of BBC in February 2003. He trained for the ministry at the Churches of Christ in NSW Theological College. David had a nine year ministry at Epping (NSW) Church of Christ and a five year ministry at the Monash City Church of Christ in Glen Waverley Victoria. David is passionate about local church ministry, particularly in helping people know and experience Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord. He is a man of vision who has a desire to see BBC become a church of Godly influence. David is married to Leisl and they have two daughters – Brianna and Chelsea. |
Pastor – Care Ministries

Paul Noble’s role is to oversee the pastoral care ministries of BBC. Paul has experienced many of life’s ups and downs and believes the essence of pastoral care as expressed in the lives of God’s people is “how much do you love one another?” Paul is married to Fay and has children and grandchildren in South Australia. |
Pastor – Integration
 |
Jenny McQuiggin joined the pastoral team in 2010. With her warm heart for people she is ideally suited to her role in which she oversees the welcoming and integration of newcomers to BBC. As part of facilitating integration she co-ordinates the growth groups ministry. Jenny is married to Scott and has two teenage children – Hannah and Andrew. |
Pastor – Youth and Young Adults

Clayton Riddle’s role is to facilitate the Youth and Young Adults ministry at Belconnen Baptist Church. Clayton is eager to see young people come into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and grow in that relationship to be a fully devoted follower of Jesus. Clayton started with Belconnen Baptist Church in February of 2007. Clayton and his wife Ros have two daughters, Lauren and Jenna and a son, Ethan. |
Pastor – Celebration (Worship and Music Ministries)

Paul Rogers role is to lead, direct and guide the church in worship ministries. Paul comes with a depth of international experience in the Africa, Europe and the United States. Paul and his wife Karin have three children, Lisa, Lucas and Thea. Paul has a passion to see everyone have the opportunity to worship God in spirit and in truth. |
Pastor – Children’s
 |
Stephen is new to the Pastoral Team at BBC. He was the Children’s Pastor at a large church in the UK for 10 years. Stephen’s role as Associate Pastor for Children at BBC includes oversight of children’s ministries at three of our weekend services and involvement in schools and other community groups. Stephen will be establishing Kid’s Clubs and seminars for parents. Stephen is married to Jayne and they have three boys – Levi, Ezekiel and Samuel. |
